We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something isn’t right, email info@drainflix.com with your order number and we’ll take it from there.
The short version
- Apparel — returnable within 30 days, unworn and unwashed.
- Prints and mugs — made to order, so not returnable for a change of mind. Always replaced if damaged, defective or wrong.
- Presets and digital files — not refundable once downloaded, but we’ll help if something won’t work.
Apparel returns
You can return apparel within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, free of smoke and pet hair, and have their tags attached. We can’t accept anything that’s been worn or altered.
Email us first with your order number and we’ll confirm where to send it. Please don’t send anything back before you’ve heard from us.
Who pays for return shipping: you do, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wasn’t what you ordered — in which case we cover it. Original shipping charges aren’t refunded. We don’t charge a restocking fee.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Say so when you email us. Exchanges are subject to stock; if your size has sold out we’ll refund you instead.
Prints, mugs and other made-to-order items
Fine art prints are printed by hand in our Miami studio for your order, and mugs are produced individually by our print partner. Neither can be restocked, so they can’t be returned simply because you changed your mind. Please check your size and choice before ordering.
That said, you’re fully covered if something is wrong with the item itself. If it arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging. We’ll send a replacement free of charge, or refund you if you’d prefer. You won’t need to send the original back.
Digital downloads
Presets and other digital files can’t be returned once they’ve been downloaded — we can’t take a file back. If a file won’t download, won’t open, or doesn’t work as described, contact us and we’ll fix it or refund you.
How refunds work
Once we’ve received and checked a return, or approved a replacement claim, we’ll refund the original payment method. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of approval, and your bank or card issuer usually takes a further few days to show it.
Cancelling an order
Email us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel an order in the first few hours, but once apparel has been packed or a made-to-order item has entered production, it’s too late to stop it — at that point the sections above apply instead.
